Two years of speculation around the exiting of this model have ended. This model represents the legendary Kawasaki Z1 model. With this model, Kawasaki returns to the extremely popular neo-retro segment from which it came to the end of the W800 production. The drive that drives this model is borrowed from the standard Z900 but has been modified to offer more power at a lower revs, making it even more fun to drive around the city. It has 111 hp at 8,500 rpm and 98 Nm of maximum torque at 6,500 rpm, which is enough for its size and weight of 215 kg.

Other retro elements include the rear mudguard, analog instruments on instrument panel, round head light, oval stop light, round rear view mirrors, as well as stainless steel exhaust system. The new Z900RS may look like a old timer, but also how it has modern technology on it. Here we mean the traction control, the two modes, but the radial brake calipers that give him to take full advantage sporting performance of engine. There is also LED illumination that is a feature that you will not find on the standard Z900 model, as well as the reverse 41-millimeter fork.
