MV Agusta TURISMO VELOCE 800 LUSSO SCS
Behind the long name it is actually a Turismo Veloce with an electronically controlled automatic coupling.
Turismo Veloce 800 is the most luxurious model of the MV Agusta, especially in the Lusso version with semi-active suspension, heated handles and side suitcases. And now the SCS version is also presented, which is richer for the automatic and electronically controlled clutch. The automatic coupling is essentially a product of the well-known Rekluse company, but in MV Agusta they say they have invested two years to make the automatic coupling work as good as possible with the rest of the rich electronic package of this motorcycle. In order to emphasize the interior beauty of the whole assembly, the clutch housing is transparent and the parking brake is included in the package. The idea was to use this electronically controlled automatic clutch to control the motorcycle, but not to lose performance in sports driving. In addition, the driver can fully leave the intelligent electronics to do the job, or believe in himself or, if he wants to, use the classic clutch lever located on the left hand side of the steering bar. Clearly, when it comes to the speed changing, the proud owner can still rely on the “quickshifter”. The three-cylinder engine develops the standard 110 hp at 10,150 RPM, which should be enough for the theoretical maximum speed of 230 km / h and from MV Agusta reveals that with SCS (Smart Clutch System) acceleration up to 100 km / h can only last 3.15 seconds . The dry weight remains at 192 kg.
