The Paris Motor Show has been held since 1898, and this year will be open from October 2nd to 14th.


The capital of France will host many world carmakers this year, announcing the premiere of new models as well as attractive concept cars. The 2018 car Paris Motor Show will be held from October 2nd to 14th. The first two days are dedicated to media representatives, and the gates will be open to visitors from October 4th.

Although it is one of the world’s most important Motor Show events, the list of auto brands that will not come to the French capital is longer than usual. Visitors will not be able to see models of Bentley, Ford, Opel, Mazda, MINI, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Volvo, Volkswagen, Alfa Romeo, FIAT and Jeep.The reasons for the absence are different – some manufacturers do not have new models to promote in Paris, others want to save, because the cost of exposure is high, the third focus on private car shows or on promoting cars online.

Nevertheless, Paris Motor Show will host many important auto industry names, and many world and European premiers of new models and concept cars will be held this year in the halls.
